These were found in a grass lawn a few days after a good shower in south Louisiana. Spore prints are on the way. Were brown with little nipples so was wondering what they were and if they were active. New at the whole hunting thing sorry if i did anything wrong any tips would be great. Peace and Love

Those are very probably poisonous.
With a brown spore print they're probably Inocybes. Most of those are poisonous with high levels of muscarine. Not likely to be fatal, but pretty likely to go to the emergency room.
With a pink-brown spore print they're in one of the genera near Entoloma. Those are difficult to ID accurately to species, and lots of them are poisonous, with unknown toxins causing severe gastrointestinal distress (meaning nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, severe diarrhea, etc).
In both cases they would actually be growing in a symbiotic relationship with a nearby tree. So it would be helpful to know what kinds of trees were nearby. "Nearby" in this case means close enough that if you cut the tree down it could possibly hit you when it fell.
Happy mushrooming!
