Look like an inactive pan species. What kind of pasture you pickin in? You should be lookin in horse pastures for pan. subbs easy too find and fairly potent. Are you a noob when it cums too hunting, if so subbs are a great way too start. Peace

Yes Im fairly new, I have seen mushrooms in fields my whole life but Ive only ever seen shagy ink caps, and thes that I posted. This is a cow field and a horse field there is both here.

I pick a pan species in the pasture i frequent and there are a ton of shrooms just like those with the really thick long stem every thing points too Pan. Subb but the gills are brown like these plus the stems are way too white not reddish enough.

Yeah they just look like these shrooms i always find that look just like em there actually bigger that subbs and ive found em fruiting next to em on the same substrate ill get pics posted tomorrow i have sum on my digi cam for comparison. Peace

Check these out, I picked these today in a fresh mulch bed, They are one of the pans. I know have two different very similar looking mushrooms. The first photo is from todays find, the second is shrooms that are posted in my pics above. one has Dark Gills, one has Brown

Ya I keep them seperate. The ones I found today are together like a happy family, and yesterdays are resting in the plastic food container.
