this autumn has been mild, had a few cold nights lately but its still nice n sunny mostly
the white piece of cardboard is 38x43cm (15x17in)
For comparison - A4 is 21x29.5cm (8x11.5) - a tiny bit smaller than the piece of grey cardboard
I imagine there would be about 500 approx caps there

Cool, thanks. Shore are little fellas but no doubt potent little buggers too. Wish I had a few more actives and different habitats to hunt over here. Cant really complain though.

Brilliant find brother.....
May I ask for some pointers on where to find Liberty Caps? I have no problem with finding subs, but have spent a few hours scanning over cow pastures with no luck.
Thanks

so it turns out those pouch fungus are pretty potent - my friend ate 2 and said it was way strong. he ate the biggest 2 of the pick: each of the ones from the first 2 pouch fungus pics. He claimed that eating only one of them would have been sufficient. FYI those pouches were about 4x2.5x2.5cm in size
for those in the know or have interest in such matters: as for the active alkaloids I think they do not actually have psilocybin in them. There is a slight (slow) bluing reaction indicative of some psilocin, but not much. When they are dried they lose all potency. You MUSt eat them FRESH if you want anything at all from them!!
So what could be in them? The "trip" is shorter (3-5hrs) and has different style visuals (OE patterns vs normal "wave/pulsing" visuals) with a high - but not uncomfortable - body load...

iam dying to try then , many substances are in active mushrooms apart of psilocin and psilocybin , like baeosytine and nor baeosistine, not to mention the other new compound and unknow, as aurigenisism , so they answer is that , all the diference effect, that humand tester explaing may be in fact diferent substances,as for example in some paneolus , i dont know if a bacteria or some conditions trigger the production of active substances , and disapear in drying , i guees in future year to come we will find out many secrets in mushrooms......

That would be the first mushroom to have psilocin and not psilocybin. How much have you eaten dried with no effects?

I dried about 50 of them - open air drying, no heat involved - and split them with a friend, with no effects whatsoever... Which is confusing when it seems that in some cases one (fresh) mushroom is enough for full blown effects...
The bluing is definitely the dark inky blue of psilocin, around the damaged areas, consistent with other hallucinogenic mushrooms I have picked.
Haha those mushroom tshirts are a laugh, thanks for showing me, though they are not the "prettiest" of mushrooms - more like some primitive thing out of a primordial swamp

Round about near the beaches or central Wellington for those libs? I remember getting them in Dunedin easy, also near the mountains in central Otago. Coming up to Wellington found only subs...
