I've read all the rules/requests for ID suggestions. With my limited knowledge, Ive tried to make this as specific and correct as possible.
Habitat: Midwest. These mushrooms were found growing in a Black Angus cow field. The field goes at an incline from a stream and there is tall grass throughtout. They were found growing in clusters of 2-10 in piles of old dung.
Gills: The gills are dark colored charcoal or brownish. They appear to have an Umbilicate. It seems that the gills are not crowded. It seems that younger mushrooms of this type have lighter (tan) colored gills which turn darker (blackish brown) as they mature.
Stem: The stem is light tan/brown, hollow and skinny, maybe a couple cm in diamater. They ranged in height from 4-6 cm
Cap: The caps are dome shaped and range in size from 2-4cm across as well as high . They do not appear to have a knobs on the top. The caps are lightly colored (tan to white) and sometimes patchy, not entirely smooth. The edge of the cap is mostly flat. The mushrooms are moist to the touch. As they have dried, the mushrooms turn to a dark charcoal brown to light brown.
Spore print color: The spore print is circular and black. (I could take a picture if you need one)
Bruising: The mushrooms do not appear to bruise but I cant say for sure.
Other information: As for scent, It doesnt smell like almonds or anything like that. It smells pretty much like poo and tastes like it too haha
Any help identifying these would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think caerulipes grow in fields on dung. They are supposed to be a woodland fungi growing on or near decaying wood usually near rivers. Psilocybe coprophila grows on dung but is not active.

Agreed.

Too funny. These mushrooms are rarer than hen's teeth. Just because you read something in a thread, don't think you've found it.

Amanitas kill more people than all other mushrooms put together, so an ID of some to be eaten must be correct. An ID based on a photo on the Internets is not reliable enough to potentially risk your life on. ToxicMan
