So Pannaeolus Subbalteatus love freshly sodded lawns, so would that mean they should be growing like *crazy* at the actual turf fields where the sod is grown, or are they less likely there because of chemicals, etc?

turf fields = complete waste of space, complete waste of money, and completely bad for the world.
To answer your question, I dunno, worth a try I suppose.

I remember reading that some kids got out with pounds of them from visiting a turf field, they got caught though
I guess it would depend on the field though
