Look at these crazy mushrooms I found with some buddies while hunting the other day:

After wed identified them my friend ate them (I and my other buddy arent into that kind of stuff) and he had the best trip of his life, they were extremely potent. And I must say, really cool looking.

then you can simply put [image] before the http and put [/image] after .jpg

Good ol' Hawaii. Yeah, we found like 5 of those (would have found more but our buddy got tired) and he ate them all in one sitting and was trippin hard for 5 hours.

Probably because the cap is cracking similar to the below image.
I kind of doubt its really bispora but it could be and since the OP's friend ate all 5 samples we may never know. I sent him out to look for more. : )

Just because he said they are very potent, bispora is more potent that cyans at least thats what it says in my book. I just took an educated guess thats all.

I was very pleased with the find.
I also found this strange looking mushroom that looked like a star fish, it was completely red and the center looked kinda slimy. I'll get some pics when we next go out.

When coming across something unusual,(and possibly a new species)its always good practice to at least keep one as a dried specimen for futher identification and cultivation.
I'll mention it since it is less commonly known, that mushrooms may be cultivated from any dried specimen.
Hope you find some more.:)

What island on Hawaii did you find these. I just got back from Maui yesterday. Was there for about a week. It was dry as hell and i didnt find a damn thing, even on Lyon's hill!! But just my luck, it rained hard the day I got on the plane back home.
