Habitat: Found growing straight out of grass.
Gills: Brown, attached.
Stem: White, fragile, hollow, breaking and splitting easily.
Cap: Light brown when moist, darkens when dry
Spore print: Brown
Bruising: No noticeable color changes from bruising.
Location: Picked in north eastern USA.

I've been wondering this too, I find these all the time in my yard. I always pick the really tall ones, they look really cool to put with a bunch of flowers for your girl friend.
