What are the "stick" like thingy's on the marker? Not sure what the mushy is on the tree. Love the angel wings. Looks yummy, are they edible? I have found some similar Bolettes, do you know what each are?

Sure you weren't on hunting land? See any trees marked with paint? I would say, with a very obvious white tag, that it was used in the navigation of those woods, or quite possibly for surveying them. If you face the direction that tags facing, look at all the tiny tree limbs in that line of sight, within a couple dozen yards you'll find broken green limbs and a beaten out area if it was surveyors.
If you find no other signs, then it was most likely highly trained ninjas, preparing a surprise attack while you concentrate on the white circle. Never underestimate ninjas either. Bring a sword next time.

They are edibles! Pleurotus Porrigens (Angel wings) they are in the same family a oysters which are pleurotus ostreatus... they have had some name changes though..
Im not sure what the stick things are :O
I dont know what the boletes are but i found a few defferent boletes today also.. im going to try to id them.. I didnt bring any home though so i can only go based off pictures

The area is a wild life park and bayou fishing thing... its probably 100 yards from the road (at that particular part) so no hunting...

i think the one with red tubes is called satans bolete its poisonous did it bruise blue quickly? Maybe like this...
