EDIT LOOK AT 2nd POST FOR PICTURE FILE
Hey all. Ive been working out of a field near Austin. Its a natural field with cows, and lots of manure out in a bout.
This will be the 3rd species Ive found growing on dung out there. The prior two being a Coprinus that destroyed itself daily, and the second a non-active Psilocybin. But today I there was some large growth on one patty.
Im not quite sure on this one, as Ive never found proper shooms before. So:
Habitat - mostly out of the side of dung but on it as well, in the fields described above. Typically 90ish in the days, but weve had a few rains and its generally cooler. Also, out in non shady spots, but not exclusive to.
Gills - Present and separate from the stem, dark or grayish in color, separated by smaller gills attached to the outter rim and coming inward.
Stem = hollow tube, roughly the size of a coffee straw diameter. Typically a stem 8 times the length of the cap. Lightish in color, but quickly browning with age.
Cap - Diameter about the same as a nickle but not quite a quarter at maturity (assuming they were grown) but there were small growths present around it. Pale yellowish cap, turning browner over all, but light in color further away from the dome-like tip.
Spore print - clearly black, but not at all inking (like suffered before)
Smell - not very present, cant narrow it down
My pictures are rubbish, but Ill upload them below. My closest assessment (read: guess)is Copelandia Cyanesens. At first I thought they were Liberty Caps, but these centered too closely to dung, and the spore print.
Thanks for any help.

A Panaeolus of some sort, maybe sphinctrinus. Not Copelandia cyanescens.

They do match a lot of the Panaeolus subbalteatus's features.
I'm not sure how to confirm though. Any more info I can provide?
Thanks for the help.
edit: do Panaeolus foenisecii grow on dung?
Damn, kind of matches these too: Panaeolus papilionaceus
I don't know what to do at this point. Black spore print, growing from cow dung, seems like a safe mushroom. But I'd like to not die from my first experience with them.

Still need help here. Sorry about the picture quality, I know they're unacceptable. Those pictures were the best of about 18 attempts to photo them.
In stamets's book, "psilocybic mushrooms of the world" there was a guide path that brought me to either Pans, or Pathyrella (sp?) genus. However his guide did not cover too much of the latter, so I'm unable to remove it from my mind.
I'm growing the gather more of these today, hopefully I can produce some more info.
