plants dying...

Alright folks
I have a problem. My ethno garden has been a long time growing. I have several well established salvia plants 3 years old. Now dying...leaves tossed, stem blackens. Sunopener is stunting, Peruvian cactus has stem/root rot and fell over... calea Z is wilted... fungus won't fully mature for spore harvest... What could be the deal? I had a bit of apt flooding, but I don't know what that could have to do with it...any ideas?

Maybe something washed into your garden during the flooding. I had a magnificant pot garden and I had some flooding last year. Washed something into my soil and they all died.

Well they were potted and far above the level of flooding, but I think I already have mold or some kind of salt accumulation...damn slumlords!
