i know isnt that crazy, hes ripping that pedro a new one
i was quite surprised when i first saw it happening a few years back, i thought the pedro would be damaged because of the huge pups ripping through like that. apparently its all good
ive seen pups as big as golfballs rip through this pedro before too.
here it is about 2 years ago

you know i ask myself the same question
it came with a label "Baby Toes"
supposedly a fenestraria, and related to lithops. however it looks nothing like a fenestraria
i got it simply cause it looked like medusa hair or something, just awesome. never seen a succulent like it before.

The way its growing reminds me of the ariocarpus retusus trigonus. Is it possible to make a cutting and it will grow out the same way, looking like "medusa hair"

This is not a cacti, it is a succulent. It's called Euphorbia Flanaganii "Medusa Head". Hey CptnGarden water this guy at least twice a week during the late spring and summer months. By October watering every 7-10 days. In November water once or twice and typically no water at all in December, January and February. In its habitat this plants know only two seasons, wet and dry!

Thank's for the welcome CpntGarden. Also I have a warning for you on the family of euphorbia plants. When growing Euphorbia HANDLE WITH CARE, Its sap is dangerous and can cause skin rash, itching and general discomfort to the grower if you get the sap on your skin or eye's. Also tribes in the past use to put the sap on there weapons to poison the enemies.

So what like seeds? will this be tracked in any way? I'm pretty paranoid about that because I don't need my credit card company to know what I have been purchasing. I want to retain my good image

No San Pedro cactus is not illegal to own. It is legal to cultivate San Pedro, but in countries where possession of mescaline and related compounds is illegal and highly penalized, cultivation for the purposes of consumption is most likely illegal and also highly penalized. This is the case in the USA, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Germany, and Norway, where it is currently legal to cultivate San Pedro for gardening and ornamental purposes, but not for consumption.
