 manure tea

Does anybody have a good manure tea receipt they can share?
went collecting today and picked up about 100lbs of dried cow poop.and want to make some tea for my garden-- found nothing of interest tho, but i'm ok with just the manure. good stuff all around. See and you thought you were weird--I mean how many people go out to pastures and collect cow poop?

collecting the cow poop isn't all that weird. It is making tea out of it that scares me 
but seriously though.... I would think you just soak the poo in a bucket of water and mix it up????

Well I guess somehow I thought there is more to it other stuff to mix with it and let ferment or something like that.

I think you would want a certain amount of water to a certain amount of poo so you don't burn your plants.
