It looks like weed also 7 leaves as you see.
But, The leaves are pretty thick and the Steams(yea steams its coming im many steams from 1 place)
Looks like little trees steams, about a little finger thick maybe less!
So what is this??

i aint convinced thats weed..but i bow down to any other has more experience....there are quite a few plants with that leaf setup

I believe you have found a chaste tree , Vitex agnus-castus . That is a pretty cool find as well. The leaves should have a pleasent odor and they have been traditionally used as an anaphrodisiac.

the leaves on cannabis are serrated like a knife. Those are smooth. I'm doubtful.

Aralia elegantissima - Good Choice When Seeking Unusual Tropical Effect
We've covered Aralias in the past. We're going to revisit them again and focus on one variety in particular. This plant has been around for many years but still remains underused in the industry. Dizygotheca elegantissima is more commonly referred to as false aralia or the spider aralia. The name is pronounced DIZZY-GOTH-ICK-UH. It is native to the New Hebrides, an area just north of New Zealand in the South Pacific. There you may find specimens over 20 feet tall.

No it aint pot but if you ever do find some growing outside somewhere you better watch out for the grower allot of them carry big guns and don't like strangers poking around there garden. They might mistake you for a rip off guy and fill you full of buck shot.
They probably wouldn't let you get out of there knowing the location of there grow and fit you for some cement boots.
Be careful. Your probably lucky it's not a real grow sight.
Also not all pot has serrated edges. I think thats a characteristic of skunk. Different strains have different shaped edges.

^ ahuh at this. I was in a trip in the North of Israel, there i found this!
This plants werent purposed planted! I saw about 20 plants of this!
So what the use of this!

and, definitely not Mj
when i first noticed them i was a bit puzzled too

Yep its a small chaste tree. When they flower they make tons of big blue flower spikes. Bees love them

any pothead can tell thats not bud, theres plants that look alot more like bud than that. the leaves are seperate on this plant for goodness sakes.
