 My First Flush, Are They Safe To Eat??

Hi, I have just harvested my first flush, I was using the PF tek and a dual chamber terrarium. One of my cakes has grown faster than the others and had two caps that were opening. So today I decided it was time to harvest that cake, I gently twisted all of the mushrooms off of it only to find that they have blue streaks all up and down the stem and a little on the caps. The cake is solid white, and doesnt have any blue on it, just the stems and caps. Please tell me if these are contaminated or if it is just bruising.
