My poo smells funky wtf

It has been coloniseing for a wile longer than it should and it took onto colonisation late its purto rico cubensis.

Smells like blue berrys but its a light smell. Does it look bad cause i can see discolored mycelium but it is spreading wich is the weird thing I wunno whats up.

I am scared to smell it and diagnose what the odor is exactly as I dont wanna poison my self. Should I be scared of this if it is contamed?

But it is a bit fruity smellin but its not bam i just opened up a nice fresh fruit at all.

The stink is bacteria, which in small amounts helps a bulk substrate out. There's nothing in that tub that will hurt you to breathe. Mold SPORES, as well as many mushroom spores can cause trouble if you breath them.

A sweet smell is most often a sign that fermentation is going on. Which, is not a good thing. Fermentation is most often cause by to fresh & poorly leached h/poo, that is to moist, and allowed to heat up (or incubated at to high of a temperature), which favors bacterial bloom.

You really need to mix your spawn fully into your substrate. From the looks of it your gonna stall out once that funk get stronger. You need to fully mix the spawn asto limit the time waiting for colonization- in that window of time is where the funk grows.

I used 4 quart jars and mixed quite good I belive so it shouldnt be that, it just took slow, Could be improper leeching I will keep that in mind but I did speed leach it in my shower to make sure but maybe I didnt do it long enough.

Is that popcorn spawn? If so, that's probably where the problem bacteria came from. Popcorn is full of bacterial endospores that survive pressure cooking.

If it colonizes, it will probably fruit. Bacteria is only a death sentence in grain or brf jars. In a bulk substrate, it's not bad, but if there's too much, it will impede fruiting.

I removed all uncolonised poo as it was just not doing much and now it doesnt smell =X, had to remove a lot though well I guess time to fruit. The mycelium isnt to healthy but hey lets see what happens. The poo though was real wet to we infact. Musta been bad moisture conent i did rush them cause i was so into the cyans
