my jars are nearly colonized with just some holes. Ive noticed the past couple of days they has been a slight tan-ish discoloration on the die of the jar. the growth has seemed to slow, and the moisture level in the jars has riven. has anyone else ever had a slight tan-ish discoloration on the inside of the jars??

You need to give a picture to be able to say YES or NO
If the apparent moisture level in the jars has risen it is very likely that you are observing either discharges from a contaminant or the mushroom fighting that contaminant. Though, it is also possible that the temperature is fluctuating and also causing it to give moisture.
What species of mushroom are you growing? Some species do regularly form a tannish layer around the mycelium in spots. I'm not an expert on the psychoactive mushrooms but I don't think any common ones have this behavior, however.
