coir mistake

last week i had some one pick me up some coir,but what she picked up was animal bedding made from"virgin wood pulp"would this work for cubes or is it just going to have to be for oysters?

coir is reptile bedding.. it comes in a solid brick, the size of a building brick... made form Coconut..

ok were would i find it i got this stuff at walmart works really well for  oysters though.:grin:

walmart is EVIIILLLLL and helping to drive private business, such as myself, into the ground.. look it up.. you will be disgusted at what other people do and go through, so you can buy a sweater for $1.. remember that..

but, I digress

pet store as reptile bedding or a hydroponic shop... they both will come in bricks.. but the hydro shop stuff is usually cheaper...

if you can't find a hydro store some garden centers stalk large coir bricks for cheap... even of your "walmart" may carry some just check between the Che Guevera T-shirts and the innocent tears of unpayed sweatshop workers it should be right about there.
