Aww man can you reveal your pinning technique?

I've got a 1/2 pint cut in 2 halves golden teacher cake made with brown rice flour and vermiculite, it has been cold shocked and rolled in vermiculite inside my fruiting chamber which stays at around 95% humidity and 75 degrees Fahrenheit for about 2 weeks  with no sign of pinning.

The mycelium is growing thick and bulbous, can anyone recommend me anything?

You legend, I'll have a ,look at the cakes i have at the moment later and give your method a go if mine haven't started pinning, it's been at least 2 weeks now with no sign s of pinning though I believe this was partly due to the fact I took them from incubation a little too early.
