just get a good quality one.. brand name.. it doesnt have to be rocket science.. to tell you the truth, I have never used the one that I bought.. I got it, thinking it would work, but then I just built a glove box.. wwaaaayyyy cheaper...

and now I dont even do that.. I do it in the open on my kitchen counter... buuuttt

I turn off all the fans
take a shower
wash hands up to elbows (ER style, bitches!)
prepare the work area 1st!!!
bleach counter
spray lysol everywhere
put on gloves and mask
alcohol rubbed on gloves.. just splash and rub
PC your inoculation loops, tweezers, or any metal things you will be using with your jars..
alcohol wipe the tools

this always works for me.. sometimes I even skip shit.. lol.. just the gloves and mask, if Im out... I just use my shirt.. and wear a hat, too...

Yeah, I always do that. I built a flowhood before, but sold it when I got out of the hobby. I am wanting to start working with agar again.
