 P. mexicana strain A question

Ok so i'm going away for like 6 weeks this summer and i was thinking about setting up some jars for P. mexican s. A and leaving them while i was gone. I would be here for the first few weeks(depending on the mail) to shake them. I figured since the growth period is 3-4 months for big ones that i would be ok to leave them alone, hidden in my room for the duration of my vacation.
Thoughts?

I met a guy from America who came here to Australia to travel. Said he was doing just that but wouldn't be back for 6 months or so.

if you want sclerotia you do not shake once the substrate is 100% anyway.
therefor it will work
