depends...
you say when youre done...do you mean when you decide youre done with that particular cake/casing/tub/etc.?
or do you mean when ^ is done with a flush...
it also depends if youre going to dunk/re dunk. if you are, you need ALL pins and aborts off the substrate.
if youre not, then go ahead and let them grow till you feel like harvesting them(if they grow, some might be aborts)
ALSO, this is up to you, but most ppl prefer to havest b4 the caps open fully, and this will prevent spores from shooting all over your FC
