can i grow cubensis, in a perlite/soil mix with casing?
i'm planning to pressure cook the mix before of course.

No.
i'm planning to pressure cook the mix before of course.
Don't bother, it probably wont even grow mold. You do know that mycelium is a living thing and needs food like all living things right?

perhaps, if you spawn on perlite, then case with the mix.
