I want to create an all year fruiting mushroom patch (outdoors). Ps. azurescens is obviously the best choice for the cold months. But which one is best for spring/summer? There are quite a lot Ps. cyanescens related mushrooms to choose from... Ovoideocystidiata? Cyanofranciscana? Subaeruginascens? Can somebody point me at a good comparison of the different species (cultivation wise, not taxonomic)?

Say you're temps drop to bout 60 at night and climb to 75 or 80 in the day.
Is that decent enough?

id go with an azure patch and some cube patches - my climate sucks for outdoor patches at least azures
although I'm curious as to how a single year round patch would do.

This thread was moved from Advanced Mycology.
Reason: If you're in the tropics, cubes are about the only choice. Azures, or any of the caramel capped psilocybes will only fruit for a few weeks each year in a temperate climate as winter approaches.
I'll move this to cultivation for you. RR
