 Help Wiht OpenSSH for Windows

Well i have been for a while trying to configure a proxy server, and found this site that shows me how to, my only problem is when i try to make an account(the first step) im already denied, so any help would be great.

It is easy to get OpenSSH running on Windows via cygwin.
Everyone that knows unix and has to use windows sometimes should have cygwin installed. That way you can use bash, grep, wc, cut, sort, uniq, tcpdump, etc at the windows command prompt.
When you install cygwin (which is free and has never given me any problems) it lets you select which unix packages you want.
I would personally install squid via cygwin, edit two lines in the squid config file and you are done.
I do the same thing except instead of installing the proxy on my home system I install it on friends unix shell boxes that are in various places out on the net.
