If no one comes through, send me a PM with an email address and I'll get it to you.

My institution has unlimited access to (literally) every journal cited in pubmed, and 99.9% of databases, even non-electronic copies. If it's peer-reviewed, I can get it.

Unfortunately, sometimes accessed articles are "tagged" and say something to the effect of: "Downloaded by..." Which identifies my institution. Not that I particularly care, but my tinfoil hat is in place.

Thanks for all your help everybody. My university has access to most scientific journals, but apparently not this one. I'll be sure to put it to good use.

For the future, there's a "journal request" thread in the chem and pharm forum for you to post in and request anything you want.

Just include a cite or something.
