The first time I ordered from spore Lab. I got my package within 1 week. I ordered 4 syringes and 2 of them were un-viable. They did make that up with my next order but sent a wrong Item with my order. That was about 3 months ago. I e-mailed Captain Max and told him it was know big deal. I'd even send the wrong syringe back or send a print or pay shipping if he could just make it right. He said don't worry about it I'll send you the correct syringe. 2 weeks later. No syringe. I sent him an e-mail. He forgot. He said he send it. 2 weeks after that he forgot again. He'll send it. Again, Two weeks later. He said he sent it. It never arrived. So I sent him an e-mail again offering shipping or the syringe.
It would be no big deal. I would of waited until my next order but he kept saying he'd make it right but never has and keeps saying he has or he forgot or He broke his hand he was a little slow. I didn't want to post hear about this but I have to know am I out of Line. I've tried to be patient and cool about this. Has anyone else had problems lately with Spore Lab Lately? I e-mail him every couple weeks and He usually get back to me pretty quick and says he'll send it or has sent it. But it never comes. It's going on another 2 weeks with no syringe. I e-mailed him again yesterday and havn't gotten a response. If he would of just said wait until your next order. I don't want to send you the syringe without an order. I would of said fine. I'd like to make another order but I don't feel right about how things are going.
