 Order status for Ralphster's Canada?

does anyone know how to check on the status of my order from Ralhster's in Ontario, Canada? I sent my order 3 weeks ago on Tuesday, so this may be a bit premature but wondering if they can tell me if they even received the order and when it was shipped.
I'm just curious because my buddy also recently ordered, and had his in a week and a half.
