 Some problems I've had with Mycopath, very upset

Hello,
In mid December 07 I ordered some jars and a few other supplies from Mycopath. Ordering from them for sometime now, I wasn't terribly surprised it took a month to ship. But that is when the problems started. First: my package never arrived. The package did not have an address! Clearly a minor mistake on Myco's part, so I contacted mycopath. They said sorry it never arrived but if I resent my shipping ($25) they'd assure it got to me this time. I refused. I asked for my money order back in Mid January. I asked many times in PM if my money had been sent. Nope. I do not have the $80 I spent on jars....I lost money, I got no product, and I'm pretty upset with mycopath. I don't know what the heck is going on over in mycopath, as a customer for over a year I have NEVER experienced a problem like this. Any and all problems were resolved quickly....but this is just uncalled for.

I shipped the product to the address specified on the order.
It was returned to me, as undeliverable, and I was billed over 30$ for it to be returned to me.
I offered them a great deal to simply pay to have it shipped again and I would, they refused. I'm out just under 60$ for shipping and the jars cannot be shipped to another customer. They can pay for shipping, or not. Its their decision.
Point is - don't give vendors incorrect addresses.

I did not give you the wrong address...
Still, you ignored the fact I did not get my money order back despite the fact you said you would in PM (but never did).
1) So I purchased a product that never arrived. Okay, it happens but,
2) You did not refund my money for the product.

It arrived, and was returned to sender. You provided an undeliverable address.
I'm out - product, time, and money. learn to give vendors appropriate addresses.

You weren't there to receive your order, UPS Attempted to deliver your package, you were notified by UPS to pick up your package, you did not, and they returned the package.
Undeliverable address.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I wish you would have picked up your package when ups notified that it was undeliverable.
I am in the hole from this order since you did not get your package, when it was undeliverable.
