On a related note, Chris Matthews totally humiliates an idiotic Republican "message force multiplier"(of the "idiotic AM radio" type not the "supposedly objective military analyst who says what he's told because his job depends on it" type).
So much for a clean campaign- the fact that Bush would use a country's anniversary to launch an attack on his political opponents, especially such a disgusting attack(comparing Obama to "Nazi appeasers" in Israel of all places because he's willing to TALK to problematic states is almost as low as the McCain interracial love child stunt he pulled in 2000). Of course, instead of condemning such remarks, McCain just piled on, cementing his reputation as a "bomb first, talk later" war fetishist. What a tool- I just hope that the American people have had enough of this scaremongering over the last 8 years to fall for it again.

 i still love that bush speech.
as far as mccain.. well i think everyone's starting to see him for what he is. its too bad the right wingers are so blind they follow anyone who has the republican nomination.

Holy crap! I just watched that, and it is much more closely related than I thought it would be.
Both McCain and Kevin James use the word "appeaser" and talk about strength being the path to peace. They both also demonstrate an astonishing ignorance of history and what an "appeasement" is.
Not giving away things to the enemy and negotiating from a position of strength are both good ideas, but neither one serves to distinguish McCain from Obama. Here, they're just being used as mindless talking points, trying to plant ideas in the heads of suggestible people who aren't really paying attention.
