shimeji slow growing - need advice

hi, i'm growing shimeji LC in rye and grow very slowly, it's normal? the jars are at room temp

How long from inoculation until now?

Assuming the jars are being kept between 65o and 72o, I'd say that isn't terribly slow. What growing parameters are you using? (heat, light, CO2, etc)

room temp (68 degrees), no light, no air exchanges. oysters colonize these jars in a week

That's true depending on the strain (from my experience). I would give it more time and try to be patient. I know it's hard, but at the moment there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the jar, like senescence (if that's what you were worrying about).
Also, if you have jars to spare you might consider putting one in a warmer environment as a "test case."
I have had jars of Oysters take as many as three weeks to fully colonize.

it's fully colonized right now -take 10 days- ; tomorrow will inoculate sawdust 50% / yerba mate 50%
