 whats the best way to revieve dehydrated morels

without them loosing their flavor. i heard place in boiling water for 20 minutes but wouldnt you think that would take away from the flavor?

You can just rehydrate them by soaking them in water, or you can soak them in full cream or a nice wine. enjoy!

i rehydrate mine is hot beef broth or wine...let them sit in the fridge overnight , then strain the broth ( to remove any grit) and use the resulting broth in the recipe the morels are used in.
