I grew a shiitake over 7 inches across, a few weeks ago.

It was delicious.

Cloning a big fruit won't necessarily grow big mushrooms all the time. Other factors affect size.

mmm I had recently portabello mushroom and swiss burgers which were amazing. It was just a patty composed of portabello mushroom and swiss cheese. I've also heard you can eat shitake mushrooms on a bun like a burger. BBQ it up with some seasonings and things. mmmm mushrooms are wonderful :heart:
