morels and forest fire?

in a local radio program says after forest fires the growing of morels is increased, due to some metabolites or some shit like that.
true? false?

i would venture to say true
i've read that using partially burned mulch is a great substrate to use for outdoor patches but i don't know the science behind this

Usually a season or 2 after the fire they will be plentiful

the do seem to show up more often after a fire but then again there isnt anything else on the ground for them to hide in. That reminds me, I need to check my backyard.

Heat drying cubes is okay and recommended
Sunflower seeds do not cause contams
You should directly mist your cakes
