Cold Shock Question

Im toying with setting up another FC, and was wondering which strains (besides oysters) perform well without a cold shock. The reason Im confused is that in the growth parameters section, most species, including P. ostreatus, say 50-60*F for primordia formation, and mine did fine at room temp.
Two species Im considering are king oyster and black poplar. So, do these require cold-shocking? Which species perform well at room temp without a cold-shock?

Reishi and Lion's Mane come to mind, but most edibles want a lower temperature. Some oysters will fruit at normal room temp, but the quality of the fruits will generally be better if you'll grow in the suggested temperature range. RR
