There is something about this band that is strangely hypnotic and alluring.
I didn't really care for the music until I saw a few of their music videos. (and was blown away on a couple of hits of DOx heheh)
Why is is that the swedes are so good at surrealism?
anyone else listen to these guys? or rather guy and gal.

The youtube version of this doesn't do the DVD version justice, REALLY clean vector art.
Silent Shout
This one has some odd looking faces that remind me instantly of an aphex twin video
(the animation in this one is amazing, I still don't know how they got the shadows right when that thing is walking across the desk)
You Take My Breath Away
You have to see this one just to laugh at the 'robert palmer girl' impression in this video
check out "like a pen" (very psychedelic) and Marble House (both versions) If you like those videos, oh, and Heartbeats, shit they're all good.
I like the band, but I LOVE the fucking videos!

totally, I dunno what it is about that twisted look that I love so much, but I know that I like the fact that you can tell they didn't have much money to make the video's with and still did a great job on making something interesting to watch.
Which Marble House did you see? the one with the mouse family, or the one with the old man and the pills?

I bought Silent Shout after I heard the album playing in a clothing store. Really weird unique album.. I love a few of the songs on there. neverland, marble house, mother's health. the way the Captain transitions out of that intro is really cool. this is one of those CD's I bought and listened to while traveling so it will always give me that exotic feeling.
