anyhone know a model # to a good light to use. i was thinking a small cabinet light (floresant). I got my set-up under the bed and its important it stays hidden. I need something compact. I want to mount it to the bottom of the lid on my chamber so something small is best. Any ideas?

Alot of reading interesting though. More recent study shows that strong light in the daylight range (colour temp between 5000K and 7000K) performs best. LED lights can also be used, a post recently about leds revealed that white leds are 7500K. Dont use blue which has a colour temp of 16000k, useless.
