I followed this Tek exactly only to be a little dissapointed I didn't take Hyphae's pinning strategy for casings into account.  I'm not sure of proven results, but this tek doesn't involve cleaning the cakes of the dry contam. barrier of verm, dunking the cakes before breaking them apart or waiting 24 hours after placing the cakes into the tray.  It's a good tek, but I would consider reading this in conjunction with it:  http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/3290155/an/0/page/0
