Hey, you can find laughing gas almost anywhere. It's used for making whipped cream in coffee shops and cafes/bakerys and sold in some super markets are 'whippit chargers.' - Little metal canisters that go into a whipping cream dispenser (safe to use recreationally) or a cracker which opens the canister into a balloon (not as safe as the gas is cold and can give you frost bite.)

The dentist gives you a mixture of the gas with oxygen and you should take oxygen in while taking hits if using it recreationally. Worst case scenario you fall over and hit your head or a bag falls over your head and you choke to death%u2014DO NOT use garbage bags to inhale nitrous for this reason.
