I think your best bet would be seasoning salt.. spray them lightly with sterile water and shake bbq or ranch seasoning on them before the dehydrator .... could be a delicious treat XD

sounds intreging but i dont think it could work, an would amplify contamination, i dont think there is a way to change the taste of fungi
