I ordered that silicone stuff.  Does it really have the self-healing effect?

What if you don;t have a pressure cooker? How long should they boil on the stove and for how long (in a pot)?

Yes they are pint jars. As to how long they last, a couple of months in a cool dark place.. A year or two in the fridge once colonized.

Are those really pints or half-pints?  I have a pint jar in front of me and those don't look like pints.  Could make a BIG difference.

How long do the LC jars last?
Can they be stored for any length of time?
