Tek:
Find a large Tupperwaretub, make it big enough to work comfortably, and be sure to have thetub CLEAR! You're going to have to be staring in from the sides! Findthese in the Tupperware section of Wal-mart.
Gloves are tricky, besure to get those which have some length up your arm and arecomfortable to work in (not too thick because it's hard to manipulatethe jars). You can find these in the cleaning section ofWal-mart.
Screws need to be about an inch to two inches long, besure the heads can secure the holes on the rings and that the endsare pointed, remember you're digging through plastic here. (You'llcover them up with tape to keep the gloves from snagging later).
Thesewer rings can be purchased at most hardware stores. Look in theplumbing section, the outer rings come in different colors... don'tbe fooled!

Alright, here we go!
Grab your rings, the lid of yourtub, a marker and your buddy. Place the rings on the UNDERSIDE of thelid to find a good place for your arms, where you'll be able to seeand yet work comfortably. Take your marker and trace out the circlesonto your lid, this will be your outline to cut by. Get your buddy tohelp you hold your lid as you dig into the inner side of the markingswith your Box cutter (I broke a razor blade doing this so be a bitcareful).Once you've got your holes cut out, be sure to put in yourrings and trim up bubbles in the plastic. (Be sure the rings to bescrewed in are on the OUTSIDE, you're going to need the tubing on theinside to put the gloves onto.

Once the rings fit nicely and you're able to position the rings, take the marker and mark 4 holes. You can either drill out smallholes and screw in the supports or dig through it.

GLUE TIME! All you need to do is run a ring of glue around theholes in the lid that touch the plastic. this is just a sealing layerof glue (due to being broke college kids, this worked out REALLYWELL!)
Now that your rings are secure, time to break out yourgloves and the duct tape. Tape the gloves onto the end of the tubing.MAKE SURE to have the gloves on the proper sides and you're able touse them properly (Don't put them up-side-down and then freak outbecause they're twisted). You can usually get your buddy to wear thegloves while you fit them to the tubing, this makes sure you havethem in the proper positions.

Duct tape up the screws just to be sure you don't snag the gloves. Now pup the top onto the Clear bottom and admire.

We put this Chamber into use with some Rye Jars we pressurecooked. We added all our materials that we would need and sprayedEVERYTHING with Lysol, careful not to get the looking side. Be sureto spray the glove-side as well as in the clamber and seal with a bitof duct tape just to be safe.
I believe it worked very well, theRye has been incubating and no signs of contamination.
