this ones simple and my favorite way of consumption
you need a coffee grinder and some ice cream. shakes from carl at the beef joint work great as well
grind your dose into a fine powder. mix in a mug with two scoops of ice cream or one cup of frappee
notes:
use your basic ice cream flavors, i pefer coffee.
if you plan on taking a larger dose spread it out a little, i usually start getting jelly arms within 20 minutes of consuming .
