Chocolate-Dipped Peanut Butter Balls

Great for the holidays and new years



Prepare the goods

Measure out the mushrooms to the dose that is required and grind them up in a coffee grinder (what swim used), a food processor or a blender, until small pieces or powder. (Stems will not grind up completely)

Add the sweets

Measure out 1/4 cup of peanut butter and about 1 to 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Mix the mushrooms, peanut butter and powdered sugar together until it becomes stiff. Divide into about 3 or 4 part and roll into balls.

Cook 'em up

In a microwave oven melt chocolate chips in a shallow dish. Remove once melted and place peanut butter/shroom balls in the melted chocolate and roll around until coated. Remove and place on waxed paper or paper cupcake cups. Let them set up in the fridge. Remove when ready to party. The peanut butter and the chocolate along with the little bit of powdered sugar really mask the flavor of the mushrooms and it is simple to do for all of the Swimmers out there.
