I had the most wonderful and changing trip of my life on the night before New Years Eve
- basically due to two things: Dosage recommendations and extraction of rue.
I could never, never tolerate ground rue seeds, so following the advice, I
did the acetic acid extraction on rue which worked like a dream - it was
so easy. I love that extraction as Vinegar is such a natural product - very Yin .
I took the rue (equivalent to 3 gms raw material) in gelatin capsules
with a partner 20 minutes before sharing a tea made from 500 Psilocybe
Semilanceatas (Liberty Caps) - these are the most wonderful little beings .
I can only say that I was able to see in 4 dimensions . I could see all
my partners past lives in detail (with my eyes open in a not too dark
room) spinning in a kind of luminous egg around her and I got the
feeling that she should break out of the egg / cocoon . It's like we are all limited by our past lives.
Then I went deep and experienced that we create reality ourselves and
that sound creates reality out of nothing .
Obviously I cannot begin to convey the experience - many many other
things happened
At the end of the trip I gave away 5,500 mushrooms and all my rue
feeling absolutely satisfied and that another trip would dilute the
experience - I gather that this is quite a common
reaction .
Most of my trips have been by myself .However of the three other
previously best trips two were in groups (Ayahuasca) and one alone
(Liberty caps).
My own personal take on this is that my female side emerges when I take
stuff and that I get so taken with this that I go off into exploring
that if I am by myself . If there are women present they provide a
counterbalance and instead I do not concentrate on my ego . It is just a
bit easier to lose individual ego in a group.

PS I probably won't give up tripping but larger doses and lower
frequency are the New Year resolution .
PPS The important thing is to change society so people are more free to
take our beloved entheogens .
PPS One of our Welsh Members of parliament suggested that since wet
mushrooms are legal Wales should be encouraged to set up an export
industry - now that is not bad from the old fashioned British .
