Can I freeze mushrooms?

Yes you can, however they should be dried first.

If you freeze fresh mushrooms, you will end up with a deep blue substance after they have thawed, a clear indication for the loss of the potency due to disintegration of psilocybin and psilocin. So don't freeze fresh shrooms!
On the other hand, freezing cracker dry shrooms in an air- and watertight container has been reported to help preserve their potency for years.
