Is one recipe for grains better than another?

Usually some recipes will work better for one and the others for another.

The key is to get the water amount as high as possible but on the other hand obtain a shakeable substrate which also means not too many exploded kernels.

A little trial and error with the amounts and ingredients will lead you to "your" tek.
