Make a separate hole in the lid, put tape over it before
sterilizing and inoculate through that site and re-tape after you inoculate.
Use a small piece of tape that's folded as an edge as a
"handle" to conveniently peel back, inoculate and then stick back down.
I like to use a taped needle hole because attempting to shoot through poly-fill
doesn't work as well. I have tried, I only get bent needles and no success.
