Supplies
One Sharpee Marker
One Large Rubbermaid Tote
One Tyvek Envelope (USPS)
One Pair Aqua Gloves or large dish-washing gloves
One Roll of Gorilla Tape
One Soldering Iron.
One Bottle of Plastic Cement/Epoxy.
Two 3" PVC Couplings.
Construction
1). Take your rubbermaid tote and mark two 3" circles, equally spaced on
the sides of the tote (width-wise) and one square 2" in diameter on the back
of the tote (length-wise).
2). Heat your soldering iron until it's hot enough to cut through plastic with ease.
3). Using the soldering iron cut out the marked 3" holes on the sides of the rubbermaid tote (width-wise)
and the marked square on the back of the rubbermaid tote (length-wise).
4). Take the pair of aqua gloves and secure them to the 3" PVC couplings using the gorilla tape.
Make sure they are securely fastened.
(Optionally use plastic cement as an extra sealent).
5). Fit the two 3" holes on the sides of the tote with the two 3" PVC couplings.
6). Brush plastic cement around the outer seams of the couplings, apply liberally.
Allow to set. Tape around seem for extra seal.
7). Cut a 4" square out of the tyvek envelope, place over the inside of the cut square in
the tote, and secure with tape.
8). Clean Glovebox with rubbing alcohol.
Always use Oust before using your glovebox.
Now we have a fully functional glovebox...enjoy!
